Return and Refund Policy

  1. No returns, no replacements, no refunds, and no cancellations are permitted for any order once payment is completed.
  2. The sole exception is a valid and admissible damage claim strictly meeting the Shipping Policy criteria.
  3. Store credit, partial refunds, or goodwill compensations shall not be issued unless the Company chooses to do so solely under its discretionary authority.
  4. The Buyer expressly waives all claims outside the sole carve-out defined in Clause 2.
