Return and Refund Policy
- No returns, no replacements, no refunds, and no cancellations are permitted for any order once payment is completed.
- The sole exception is a valid and admissible damage claim strictly meeting the Shipping Policy criteria.
- Store credit, partial refunds, or goodwill compensations shall not be issued unless the Company chooses to do so solely under its discretionary authority.
- The Buyer expressly waives all claims outside the sole carve-out defined in Clause 2.
