Shipping Policy
- This Shipping Policy forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions.
- Orders are dispatched only after full payment is received and verified.
- Deliveries are executed through third-party courier/logistics providers. The Company is not the carrier and does not guarantee transit timelines.
- Risk and title transfer to the Buyer only upon delivery as recorded in the official courier tracking system.
- A damage or DOA claim is admissible only if all of the following are satisfied concurrently:
- A continuous, unedited, full opening video is recorded from the first contact with the sealed parcel through to the exposure of the product;
- The claim is reported to the Company within one (1) hour of the courier’s delivery timestamp;
- The product condition shown is contemporaneous with the delivery event and not post-handling.
- Claims without both (opening video + 1-hour filing) are automatically and irrevocably rejected.
- Notwithstanding Clause 4 & 5, if the courier parcel exhibits evident external physical damage attributable to carriage (crushing, perforation, tearing) that is clearly captured in the opening video, the Company may, at its absolute and unilateral discretion, choose to honour or partially honour a claim. No Buyer shall acquire any right or expectation from such discretionary acts.
